Blazing a Trail of Superior Products at a Good Value Just for You

Sometimes we are our own worst enemies when it comes to running with the dream in our hearts. When James N. Jannetides first had his vision to help other college students like himself get more room out of his student residence, he ran into problems and had to jump hurdles to make this dream come to pass. He didn’t give up. Today, University Loft continues to manufacture quality furniture products that are durable and safe. With innovative minds behind the scenes creating new and exciting pieces, Uloft is blazing a trail of superior products at a good value just for you.

Outfitting a Facility

What does James’ vision for loft beds have to do with you? If you are outfitting a facility, then plenty. From soft seating for a common area, lounge, or living room, to a dining area. From bedroom furniture to kitchen counters, University Loft has something for you. It is built with a high standard of quality using state-of-the-art construction methods. If you take a tour of our headquarters in Greenfield, Indiana, you can see for yourself how we use corner blocks and English dovetail joints in our furniture. You will witness first-hand full-extension drawer glides and Mortise and tenon joints used to create a more durable, higher quality product.

The Loft

James’ idea to loft a bed and put a desk and drawer chests under it came as a desire for there to be more room for students to have in their dorms. It is not limited to the residence hall. Going vertical can work in all types of facilities where the living area is constrained – even tiny homes. Simply take a twin bed and lift it up from the floor to allow drawer chests for storage to go beneath. Lift it even higher and you can stack the drawer chests or place a chair or desk under the bed. Because of our Tool-Less System™, you can move the height around with ease. Bunk beds can be reconfigured to best fit your room.
