University Loft Co’s Building Products Division has developed out of the growing needs in off-campus student housing, multi-family housing, and active-living neighborhoods.  We currently focus on partnering with developers to meet their design needs in the areas of kitchen & bath cabinetry along with stone countertops and their associated sinks.  We have the ability to offer shower doors, faucets, and other bath accessories as needed.  We pride ourselves on our turn-key offerings, but also work closely with general contractors to work with local trades and supplement them with quality product at a competitive price.
