Velcro® Technology
When common areas are utilized regularly, the furniture is bound to get stained, torn, or worn out. University Loft uses Velcro® Technology on our cushions which allows you to take off the affected material and wash it, repair it, or replace it. You don’t have to get all new furniture.
Let’s say your design changes. The easy part will be simply replacing your upholstery. The Makers of Cool have a large variety of fabrics from which to select. The hard part will be in making the decision on which fabric to choose.

We’re Strong
The legs on our furniture are smooth and sturdy. Our cushions don’t sag because each coil is individually wrapped across the foam. The bond is stronger, so the cushions avoid breaking down and offer a longer life.
Our solid wood comes from Hevea Brasiliensis, also known as EFT. It is environmentally friendly wood and has tested stronger than Northern Red Oak. All of EFT furniture is laser cut with a CNC router.

You don’t always get a good product by paying less, you may end up paying more. University Loft may not be the cheapest, but you will save money. Our furniture is built with stronger materials which increases its life, and you don’t have to replace it often. When the fabric needs replaced, you get a new covering and avoid having to purchase a whole new set.
