Our legs are sleek and our cushions don’t sag. Here’s why:
We individually wrap the coils across the foam. This creates a strong bond and prevents breakdown which gives the cushions longer life and avoids sagging.
We use Environmentally Farmed Timber (EFT), an extremely strong wood. This increases the life of the furniture.
All of the EFT are laser cut with a CNC router. They are processed overseas and assembled at our factory in 
Morristown, Tennessee.

Let’s face it, stuff happens. When a seat is used every day, it is bound to get a tear or a stain on it. If that happens with soft seating from University Loft, you don’t have to get a new piece. With Velcro® Technology, you can remove the cover with ease and clean it, repair it, or replace it.
That’s good news too if you change your color scheme. You don’t have to get all new furniture, you can simply replace the upholstery. We have an array of fabrics from which to select.
