Attitudes come in all shapes and sized. Good and bad. Some people have attitudes that reflect kindness and goodness. Most all of us love being around people like that. Then there are those times when we can have – shall we say – an attitude that reflects a rather dark mood. Okay, calling it; our attitude can stink sometimes. You know those times you wake up on the wrong side of your Loft bed and just want to climb back in, pull the covers over your head, and not deal with anything until later. Hopefully, that doesn’t happen too often. There are people who put their best foot forward all the time no matter how much it may hurt. We aim to be like that. University Loft has an attitude – of gratitude. During Thanksgiving we want to take time to say thank you to our loyal customers and clients, our steady readers, our hardworking staff and colleagues, and to those who make University Loft Company the treasure it is.
In the busyness of business, it is easy to forget how much others mean. That’s why it’s so important to take time out, restart, refresh, and remember the good things around us. Having an attitude of gratitude doesn’t happen in November only, it is a year long condition. It’s nice to have a day set aside to give thanks and be grateful even for the small things.
