Metal Meets Marvelous
Made with recycled steel frames and high-pressured laminate tops, The Metropolitan Series is constructed of strong material to ensure durability and long-life. Some other features The Makers of Cool have included in this series are 100% solid wood drawer faces, drawer box dovetail joints, and full extension drawer slides. These features are made with the same high-quality standard as all our furniture products.
The Slat Solution
Our beds are made up of spring loaded wood slats. This provides the support and bounce that one would get from box springs, which offers a comfortable sleeping solution.
Go Vertical
Not all student residences are built equally. That’s why The Metropolitan Series makes a great match for a dorm room. You can stack it and go vertical with an open loft, or you can bunk the beds traditionally or non-traditionally. Reconfigure as often as you like. Our Tool-Less System makes it easy.
Safe Rails
University Loft has bed ends that are built with safety in mind. The 1.5” x 2” post gives a better surface-to-surface contact. Built strong. In addition, University Loft has kept the distance between spreader rails small enough to avoid injuries. For added protection, guardrails are available and have been constructed to slide easily in place in the bed end post.
