Our sales force is equipped to answer your questions, show you the products we offer, and walk you through situations such as purchasing, delivery, and installation. Individually, you can browse our catalogs and see the many items we offer. If you are in or near the Greenfield, Indiana area, we have an outlet store where you can shop around. If you are unable to do that, check out our website at www.varsityloftclub.com. We have something for everyone from developers to universities, even fire stations.

Once you’ve made your furniture decision, we will deliver your products to you. University Loft delivers in al 50 states and outside of the US in Argentina, Jamaica, Canada, Korea, Japan, and Brazil.

It is important for us to understand your needs and scheduling, so we keep the lines of communication open and strong throughout the purchasing, delivery, and installation process. Before we install, we evaluate the forklift availability, look for spaces where the trucks can park, and check for other details of consideration. Our Uloft team of skilled professionals will work with you to ensure that the process of installation runs as smooth as fresh made butter.

If for some reason a problem arises after the install, you can contact our staff.

The “We Care Program” is our extended warranty, which goes beyond the regular maintenance service. In this warranty, University Loft will provide a bi-annual inspection of your furniture conducted by one of our qualified repair members for ten years from delivery.
