Does 4 tons of pressure seems extreme? Not for our beds! In an independent lab test, EFT tested stronger that Northern Red Oak, and the results were measured in newtons as force, in which the meter showed lb/ft to demonstrate the force needed to pull a screw from the wood. EFT broke at 160 lbs. of pressure, while Northern Red Oak snapped at under 140 lbs. of pressure.
