ULC also has an upholstery plant located in Morristown, Tennesse. An office in China and Malaysia serve as the sourcing and QA hub. Currently, ULC is in the midst of expanding our buying region.  If you would like to become a vendor please follow these steps:

1. All quotes should be submitted on our standard quote sheet.
2. ULC requires all vendors to sign and return a non-disclosure form prior to release of ULC drawings or specs to new suppliers.
3. Fill out and return to ULC the Vendor Profile Form.
   
4. Read, sign and return to ULC the Supply Distribution Agreement.
5. Read, sign and return to ULC the Vendor Compliance Policy.
