Once again University Loft Company ("ULC") is expanding its
facilities with a $250,000 installation of a new production line for
metal furniture products at the Greenfield, Indiana facility.
CEO James Jannetides is extremely proud to make this investment
despite economic hard times. The expansion will provide an additional
30 full time jobs at the Greenfield, Indiana facility.
Compelled to keep and protect Indiana jobs, Jannetides purchased the
equipment from an Indiana factory in Richmond that was closing their
doors.

Loft Company (ULC) is very proud to announce that
it’s two lines of furniture which are made for the military have been
awarded
GREENGUARD Indoor Air Quality Certification. The
certification is for products manufactured with
materials containing low emissions of volatile organic compounds (VOCs). .
The products certified are the ULC all wood 782-B Series bedroom
furniture with ultra-violet cured finishes and the ULC Metal Series
bedroom
furniture. Additional information

tradition of planting trees on Arbor Day is alive and well at
University Loft Company. ULC is celebrated the importance of trees and
forest ecosystems by inviting employees and media guests to plant trees
on Arbor Day, Friday, April 30, 2010 on the ULC campus. The Company
also be provided seedling trees to the Mt. Comfort Elementary School.

LOFTS 2009 RESULTS STRONG
AND PLANNING EXPANSION IN 2010
GREENFIELD, Ind., April 2 /PRNewswire/ -- University Loft Company
("ULC"), also known as LOFT, today announced strong growth in
profitability in 2009 despite a tough economic environment with expected
high growth in 2010 in all markets. The company is highly optimistic
about growth opportunities in 2010 in part because of large contracts
